アルベニスの歌曲

最近、アルベニスの歌曲にはまっていて、それも自分で一人でピアノで弾いているだけなのだが、す・ご・く・いいのである。ついにユーチューブにアップまでしてしまったのであった。これからも続けるつもりだよ。

この曲「永遠に行ってしまうのかい、イレーン」は英語の歌詞に曲をつけている。これは当時の彼のパトロンのイギリスの銀行家、フランシス・バーデット・トーマス・マニー＝クーツの詩による。
